Completely Free! Your monthly box is sent to you without a shipping charge. In addition, any purchases of full size items that were sampled in the bellabox that month are shipped for free (with a minimum spend of $20) plus any purchases with a minimum spend of $100 are shipped for free. Purchases under $100 and outside of the sampled month are charged a flat $6 fee.
How long does it take?
We process all deliveries of full size items within 24 hours each business day. AustPost delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia. You will receive tracking advice from AustPost informing you of your parcels movements and you will be required to sign for full size orders.
How do I get my monthly box?
Your box is sent each month with the AustPost. It will arrive between Monday to Friday so make you use the delivery address where you will be during this time. If you work full time, we recommend getting the package delivered to your work. If you are not at home during the delivery time, your parcel will be left in a secure location out of the weather. We cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly or if you fail to pick up your bellabox from your local post office following attempted delivery.
Can I track where my monthly box is?
You will get a tracking number so you can locate your package. You can go to the AustPost website and track your parcel.
Can I track where my full size purchases are?
All purchases made on the bellabox website will be given a tracking code to locate your package. You can go to the AustPost website and track your parcel.
How will I get my full size purchases from the website?
Your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday via AustPost. All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you are not home to receive your package then you need to pick it up from your nearest post office.
