Our new bellabox website is about to launch! You may have already received an email from us about updating your account details, and if you haven't we will send you one in the next few weeks. What do you need to do? Why do you need to update? Read on to find out...
What is different about the new website? Our new website isn’t just a facelift. We’ve had a complete transformation to bring you a better bellabox experience. We have listened to your feedback, and we are really excited about some of the new features on our site.
Most importantly, you are now able to check the status of your box at any time on your dashboard. This means you will know when your box has been shipped, and you will be able to track it’s progress. This is a huge change, and will make it much easier for you to check on your box each month.
We have a brand new beauty profile to help us better select products for your box, which we think you will love. You’ll also be able to rate the boxes you have received, as well as keep a list of beauty product loves in your Favourites. Plus we’ve updated our look and style to create a better browsing experience for you.
What do I need to do to update my account? Over the coming days, we will send you an email when it is time to update your account to the new website. We are moving our members to the website in batches, so some of you have already updated your account and others will be asked to migrate very soon. Don't worry if you haven't received this email yet, as it is a big process for us.
Click the link in the email, and you will be taken to your account.
Step One: Update your password.

Step Four: Fill in your brand new beauty profile.
This process is very simple, and will only take five minutes of your time. However you may have some further questions about some of these steps! Below you will find some further explanation that will help you make sense of this process.
Why am I being charged $1 to update my payment details? To process your current box subscription into our new payment platform, we will need to charge your preferred payment method a token fee of $1.00 that will be refunded back to you in the next 14 business days.
Please note that any existing payment arrangements via Paypal or Credit card will be cancelled when switching to this new payment platform. Rest assured that your subscription will continue to work once you have updated your payment details and that there are no additional charges or costs incurred.
Why do I need to fill in a new beauty profile? We have improved our beauty profile so that we are able to more closely match our box products with your preferences. Our new beauty profile is more fun and relevant to you, and we have lots of new questions for you to answer. Your feedback has helped shape our questions, and we think you will be very happy with all our new options.
If I don’t follow these steps will I get my next bellabox? We really want you to update your account so that you don’t miss out on all our incredible new features. You will still continue to receive your bellabox, however it may not be personalised as you have not filled in your new beauty profile. To make sure we have your most up to date preferences and payment information, we are asking all members to update their accounts.
How do I change my address after I have set up my account?
If you move house, changing your address is very simple. Click 'my account' then you will see 'address book' to your left. Click and add your new address there. You’ll need to do this before the 1st of the month to ensure that your box is sent to the correct address - we don’t want your box going to the wrong place!
How do I change my payment details after I have set up my account?
We have made this process much easier, so in the future if you ever need to update your payment you will be able to do this yourself. Click on subscription, click on the settings logo (update payment) and you will be prompted to enter your payment details.
When will I be able to use the shop?
Our bellabox online store will be open very soon, and will offer an even better browsing and shopping experience for you. We are fine tuning some details, and we really appreciate your patience.
