Get your dry legs looking smooth and moisturised with three of our favourite products!
How dry are your legs this winter? I think I’ve got you beat. My legs are so dry that they appear to be covered in a layer of white dust. That’s the only way I can describe it. Since I’m wearing tights or jeans every day, I’ve also gotten lazy with shaving my legs. But we’re more than halfway through winter, which means it’s time to get my legs looking their best!
To get your legs looking smooth and shiny, reach for the body butter. I can’t get enough of Cuccio’s Pomegranate & Fig Body Butter. It smells incredible, so fruity and delicious. I don’t feel the need to wear perfume if I’m using this. Although it’s a butter, it’s not too heavy and absorbs really well into my skin and could easily be used in summer as well.
If your skin is irritated from the wind or the cold, or it’s so dry that it’s cracking, you need Aloe Vera. It’s the absolute best thing to help heal your skin. At bellabox we love Natralus Australia’s 100% Pure Aloe Vera. Aloe Vera contains salicylic acid, sulphur compounds and enzymes that act as anti-inflammatories. It’s a must have for its ability to soothe, cool and rehydrated your damaged skin. And if you're lucky enough to be on a European summer getaway like bb staffer Em, this is the best thing for your sunburn. Some lucky bellabox members received a sample of this in their July box! Natralus products are available from select pharmacies across Australia.
After something that has both healing properties and the moisturising ability of a body butter? Look no further than Yu-Be. This cream is really thick, and it has a strong medicinal smell. Don’t be put off. This multipurpose Japanese cream is renowned for its healing properties, and is great for any areas of your body that are really dry like knees, elbows, hands and heels.
