Pantene has changed. They’ve listened to you, and they have come up with a new formulation that addresses the number one concern of Australian women: damage.
In September we trialled the new Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal with a small number of members. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the team at Pantene were really excited for the rest of our members to try their new formulation.
Here are a few of your comments:
"My hair is very thin and I colour it regularly and I have dry ends. This shampoo and conditioner made my hair look sleek."
"This product smells amazing and leaves my hair really clean, soft and shiny. It lathered really well and rinsed easily, and keeps my oily hair clean all day."
"I've always loved Pantene, it just seems to 'work' on my naturally curly, color-treated hair. I try other products but I ALWAYS have some Pantene in the cupboard!"
"It did what it said it would do. My hair looked soft and shiny. My frizzy ends were smoothed out. Great product at a great price."
"It makes my hair feel amazing and it smells really nice."
We have included Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal in our October bellaboxes for you to try. We are looking forward to hearing your thoughts, and want to know if any of you make the switch! It’s also a fantastic sample size that will be great for taking with you on a weekend away.
The new formulation contains an optimal blend of Pro-V that nourishes and protects hair to deliver up to 100% damage protection without being heavy or weighing your hair down. It also contains Keratin Damage Blockers which help to protect your hair against irreversible oxidative damage.
So what does that actually mean? Pantene Senior Scientist Lais Koelle explains, “Keratin is a protein that makes up 80% of hair. One of the main causes of hair damage is keratin loss, especially at the ends. Free radicals attack the keratin protein inside your hair leading to damage and hollowing of the hair structure. The antioxidant in the new Pantene shampoo formulation neutralizes the free radicals and reduces the amount of damage they can cause. Less keratin protein loss means a reduction in progression of hair damage.”
The new face of Pantene is Australian model Robyn Lawley, who is one of our absolute favourites here at bellabox! She’s also a fantastic writer, and you might remember her from this viral article. You can see her in action in the video below.
