So, I'm guessing I'm not the only one to have punished myself this silly season. An increase in after-work drinks and end of year celebrations has left me feeling a little worse for wear. All of these activities have left my bod pretty darn angry with me, and I haven't even sat through Christmas 'lunch' - otherwise known as an all day feast - yet. Pass me the Zipettes, stat!
