It's a complex and scary time right now, and that's why we are working as hard as we can to deliver your monthly boxes of self-care.
For now, it's business as usual at bellabox, your orders will still be delivered on time, as we're classed as an essential service.
Our amazing warehouse staff have been retrained to adapt to new hygiene standards and the bellabox HQ are working from home.
For now, let's take this opportunity to come together and continue to lift each other up with love. We could not be more proud to have a beauty community of such strong, fierce and resilient individuals.

Please contact our very friendly Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Facebook DM’s or Instagram messenger. Please take note that there will be a $16 (AUD) re-postage fee if the following applies:
- The address was been entered incorrectly
- The address was not updated before our shipment list was collected
- The bellabox parcel was not picked up from your local post office after an attempted delivery
We recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours.
Your account details including your shipping address can be changed at any time by logging into your bellabox account via bellabox.com.au.
- Go to the 'My Account' tab
- Scroll down to the address field and hit 'Manage Address'
- Pick the billing or shipping address that you want to change and hit 'Edit'
- Change your address and hit the 'Save Profile' button.

Once your bellabox order has left, our dispatch team will send you a tracking email so you can track your order right to your door!
On the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged or a product is missing, please send an email to our Customer Care Team at email@example.com and they will happily assist you.
Kindly take note that we are only able to process requests for replacements within a four week window of you receiving your box.
Currently, we accept credit/debit card and Paypal payments. For Paypal you will be directed to your PayPal account to confirm your membership with bellabox.
If you need to change your payment method, this can be done within your account on the bellabox website. Simply log in on bellabox.com.au;
- Go to the 'Subscriptions' tab
- Click the gear icon next to your subscription status and select 'Update Payment'
- Change your payment details and click 'Update Payment'.
When purchasing a gift subscription you will only need to enter your friend’s email address and their name. Once your gift subscription order has gone through, an email will be sent to the receiver with a unique code. Your friend will need to redeem and activate the account to receive the box. Along with the gift membership activation process, your friend will need to complete their own beauty profile and enter their own shipping address.

What is bellabox? Glad you asked, bellabox is a subscription service and beauty community - where every month, you'll receive a box filled with five or more samples, travel and full-sized products. From high-end, boutique and cult brands around the world. Each month will be a different mix of beauty products, ranging from makeup, skincare, fragrance, body, hair products and sometimes we'll even include a lifestyle product.
The samples are generously sized, to ensure you can really test out the product and discover the products you love.
