Sales Coordinator (Melbourne or Sydney based) ** Position has been filled**
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator who will be the glue that holds the brand team together! If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment, have strong admin skills, AMAZING attention to detail, and a can-do attitude, we would love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Help the brand team with data entry, CRM management and filing documents
Create POs and booking forms
Work with operations team on monthly boxes
Write and proof copy for our product cards
Work with our designer to create all product cards across (for Australia, New Zealand, Welcome to Wellness, and Limited-Edition boxes)
Create monthly surveys (using TypeForm)
Create monthly brand feedback reports (using Microsoft PowerPoint)
Arrange PR box send-outs each month (and ad-hoc when needed)
Add articles to our website
Be involved in the monthly unboxing process (including being in front of the camera when needed and creating scripts)
Create campaign recaps for the brand team
Support Sales Director
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have impeccable attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Proactive and confident
A can-do/positive attitude
Confident with Gmail, google docs, CRM system and SharePoint
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative
Ability to interpret and analyse data for the purpose of reporting
