As a company, we cover the majority of the shipping costs for the bellabox.
In addition, any purchases of full-size items that were sampled in the bellabox that month are shipped for free with a minimum spend of $40, unless using a special discount offer as well. Please refer to the specific T&C's.
Any shop purchases with a minimum spend of $100 are shipped for free. However, if you’re using a special discount offer, please refer to the specific Ts&Cs.
Purchases under $100 and outside of the sampled month are charged a flat $8.95 fee.

We aim to process all deliveries of our shop item within 24 hours each business day. AustPost delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia. You will receive tracking advice from AustPost informing you of the movements of your parcel and you will be required to sign for full-size orders.
Your box is sent each month with the Australia Post. It will arrive between Monday to Friday so make you use the delivery address where you will be during this time. If you work full time, we recommend getting the package delivered to your work.
If you are not at home during the delivery time, your parcel will be left in a secure location out of the weather. We cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly or if you fail to pick up your bellabox from your local post office following attempted delivery.
You will get a tracking number so you can locate your package.
Please Note: As a mystery style subscription we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for dissatisfaction of subscription contents.
All purchases made on the bellabox website will be given a tracking code to locate your package.
Your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday via AusPost (Au Customers) and DHL (NZ customers). All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you are not home to receive your package then you need to pick it up from your nearest post office.
bellabox is available to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
RETURNS (SHOP ITEMS)
For any change of mind of full-priced items from the bellabox shop, you are only eligible for an exchange, no refund. Bellabox won't bear the shipping cost of your returned item in this case. For any item purchased during a promotional period or that is on sale you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange due to change of mind.
Yes, you can return damaged items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. If any full priced or sale or a promotional item arrives to you damaged, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org, along with photos of the damaged product. Once we approve your request for the damaged item, we arrange for your item to be returned to bellabox Head Office. You will be eligible for a replacement or exchange of your damaged product.
If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us on email@example.com to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number and reason for the return. In case you change your mind on the product you purchased, bellabox won't bare any return shipping cost. Likewise, bellabox won't bear returning cost if the returned product doesn't appear damaged. Your item must be returned within 14 days else no refund will be provided regardless of the reason. Return the items to:
