Please note, our team will do their very best to get your delivery to you but we are reliant on Australia Post/eParcel. Shipping and Order dates are a guide and not an exact. For a more accurate shipping time please check with Australia Post/eParcel.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
For our monthly bellabox, limited edition and Welcome to Wellness shipping is free!
Any shop purchases with a minimum spend of $100 are shipped for free. However, if you’re using a special discount offer, please refer to the specific Ts&Cs. Purchases under $100 are charged a flat $8.95 fee.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We process all orders within 48 hours each business day. Deliveries take place between Monday to Friday, we suggest you make the delivery address where you will be during this time. We recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours.If you are not at home during the delivery time, your parcel will be left in a secure location out of the weather.
CAN I TRACK WHERE MY MONTHLY BOX IS?
You sure can! Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send your tracking number so you can track your package.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY BOX
If you have not received your order within one month from the purchase date for shop items/boxes or the following month after purchasing our monthly subscription box, we kindly request that you immediately contact our customer care team at email@example.com.
It is essential to inform us within this timeframe to facilitate a prompt resolution. Failure to do so may result in our customer care team declining to send a replacement box or issue a refund.

bellabox is only available to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
CAN I RETURN FULL-SIZED ITEMS?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your shop or full-sized items, you can return your unopened, unused full-size product(s) in its original condition to bellabox within 14 days of the date on the invoice for a full refund upon pre-approval from bellabox. bellabox will not refund any opened, used, discounted, clearance, or sales products or items or free gifts or samples.
For any item purchased during a promotional period or that is on sale you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange due to a change of mind
MY ITEMS WERE DAMAGED IN DELIVERY CAN I RETURN IT?
Of course! We’re so sorry your item arrived in that condition - it certainly didn’t leave us like that! All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen, contact us immediately within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return the damaged items and we will resend the product for free. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund. Please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order number and reason for the return, if damaged please include a photo. If required, bellabox shall bear the costs of all domestic return shipping. Return the items to:
